Notes
Things Done Well:
1) Good easy pace - not too fast, not too slow
2) Felt healthy and awake - well rested, got a nap in, ate a little before practice
Things to Improve:
1) Form sucks when I'm tired - I hunch my back and twist my torso
2) Arms up and knees up during sprints, esp. @ the end
Goals for tomorrow's 10:
1) There'll be a workout tomorrow - get a good rest, eat right, take nap
2) Get mindset like it's race day
3) Take care of that poison ivy
