This felt smooth. I knew that when I was warming up, I would feel good when I ran and would be able to push myself. It was an okay time, but my fastest this year. Throughout the entire week, I felt like shit, especially during the workouts. It's not diet, or even lack of sleep really, it's just that my hips felt weak. They go on and off with hurting, but it doesn't seem to be that serious, though they were hurting in the mile. I've been visiting the trainer, and I'm gonna be going there more often, which hopefully will take care of that.

I was worried that I was getting out of shape. I ran and lifted everyday during break, and by the end of break, I was about 5 pounds heavier. I felt slow during the workouts this week, but I ended up being 6 pounds lighter this morning. I don't know what that's about - I feel like I eat well and in the right amounts the majority of the time. I don't know, but either way, it's not a factor now.
