Notes

Was able to run a mile today. I stretched for 20 minutes, ran a half mile, stretched for 15 more minutes, then ran a half mile again. Not quite back to normal. Every part of my body is ready to run but that stupid muscle next to my hip. Just staying patient and staying consistent. Biked for 10 minutes as warm up. Pushups afterwards as well.
