Notes
Ran from my house to my friend Nestor's house, then to the gym. Nasty inclines/hills. Ran uphill for about 50 minutes straight. Went to gym, ran 10k, then ran home. Did squats, pushups, arm curls, pull-ups. I may not be able to run everyday but I will do twice the work just to get the same mileage/work in for the week.
