3x400. 63, 64, 64. 400 walk in between. Felt good. 2 mile warm up, 3 mile cool down. Water jumps after. I did 2 of them pretty good, the other 4-5 attempts got both my feet wet. My legs felt heavy, so it was a good simulation of racing.
