These 400s weren't bad at all. This workout felt better than Tuesday's. I know it was shorter, but at the same time, the workouts are feeling better for me, which is good. I hit all my times when I was running with others. My last 3, however, were a couple of seconds short, but that's when everyone finished (I got there late because I got dominated by a lab). There was one positive thing I remember today - I got an awesome amount of sleep. It was great - I was more attentive, felt more energetic, had a better workout. And this was obviously not unexpected.
