So many of my routes start the same way or have the same part to them that I accidentally combined two different routes today and ran longer than I intended. When I realized it during the middle of my run, I just went with it. Anyway, still feeling good. My town hosts a 10k/5k race this saturday, and I signed up for the 10k. It brings people from all over, and the comp should be good. Last year's times were pretty good - a 30 year old won the 5k with a 15:30, and I don't know the 10k times, but I know a 50 year old guy won it last year.
