Tempo wasn't bad. Good to get back into the swing of things. 2 mile warm up, 1.5 mile cool down. Hurdle drills after. I am SO inflexible, but that will change before this week is done. I plan to hit the means. I will calculate my quarter speed, and execute. Period.
