Notes
Some things I did differently this week:
1) Got at least 8 hours of sleep since Wednesday
2) Concentrated on my form a lot more (both over the hurdles and sprinting [finishing])
Some things that need improvement:
1) Slowing down on laps 5 and 6
2) Kicking out trailing leg
The barriers felt less awkward. The race was over before I knew it, to tell the truth. The hard part begins with 1000 left (beginning of lap 6). Tonight I'll be glad, tomorrow starts the preparation. And there's really no expectations, so I can try and go balls-to-the-wall, which should be interesting.
