Notes

15 min water running, 15 min laps, 5 minutes water running. I realized actual swimming is much more tiring than just running in the water. Much faster way to get the heart beating. I only have limited amounts of time after stretching in the training room and before my 1pm, so I want to get the best workout for my time.
