Notes

These 800s I was good on the times, with the last one being 2:34. They obviously sucked, but I think that was the point of the workout. I felt weighted down literally - like I was out of shape or something. I took it easy over break, but not that easy. I didn't run any workouts or anything, though. Maybe my body just forgot what it was to work hard, I don't know. I did get horrible sleep last night, but I did so last night so I can get more z's later on in the week when it matters.
