4x200m with 200 rest,
4x500 at goal 8pace, jog 200, then all out 100m
-First one at 1:15 (2 min pace)
-Second one at 1:12 (1:58 pace)
-Third one at 1:15 (2 min pace)
-Fourth one at 1:19 (2:02~2:04 pace)
Not all the times I wanted to hit, but I'm glad I finished, and I didn't die as hard as I thought I would have.
Goal #1: Finish workout with correct rest [DONE]
Goal #2: Finish workout at 1:58 pace for all intervals [NOT COMPLETE]
Goal #3: Sprint fast, correct form, all the way to the line. Maintain form even unto the fourth interval [DONE]
