Got lift in, did ab workout. Set PR today in jumprope - 150 jumps in a minute.
PM
2 mile warm-up, 1 mile cool down. 2 mile tempo, 1 mile hurdles. Went in aiming for 5:30/mile, did 5:35 then around 6:00 for the second. Stopped before the third bc the second was so slow. Did a mile on the track with hurdles after.
