Easy morning 4. Went out for another birthday dinner last night - this time with the whole family. Ran out of time to do my second run yesterday (there's a town curfew of midnight - if they see you walking outside at that time, you can get arrested) decided to just do a quick pushup/ab workout last night, and run 4 this morning and three on thursday morning to make up. Pre-run yoga, and ab/pushup workout.
