Smooth running until a family of deer was just chilling on my trail, blocking my path. They eventually got scared and ended up running away. I felt sore since I did some weights yesterday and decided to take the run easy, but apparently it was faster than I thought. I didn't look at my pace or anything - just started my timer and stopped it at the end. Felt fine towards the end, and traffic went well for the most part.
