Notes
This was the hardest 7 miles I've ever run since summer began. I ran in the dead of the afternoon, and it just happened to be 97 degrees today. It wasn't that bad until about mile 4, when all the shade went away and I had nothing protecting me for the last 3 miles. Glad it's done.
