Notes

3.5 minutes on treadmill, then hip started hurting. Went to elliptical, did 3.5 minutes. Then just biked for 28 minutes after. Gradually increased speeds and resistance until the last minute I was sprinting at 27mph with level 15 resistance. Broke a good sweat. Pullups/pushups after.
