Grandma's

Notes

I made sure I slept and ate a meal before I ran - had lots of energy and enjoyed the run. I mapped out the run to make sure I got the pace right- ended up being kinda fast. It was good running weather and the run felt good. I don't feel much soreness now. I probably will tomorrow morning, though. This past week in running was the toughest of all weeks on break. I got through it but today was the only day I enjoyed the run - this whole week kinda sucked.
