Right on pace for the 3 mile tempo, then for some reason after the 2 mile marker I died. It was not physical. It was totally mental. I'm not disappointed. I don't have time for disappointment. I did not meet my goal today. Luckily, I get tomorrow as another chance.
3x200 cut-downs after, with 100 walk in between. 28, 30, 30. Hurdle drills after. L7's too.
