Notes
Easy running, nice weather, clear roads - couldn't ask for a better day to run. I didn't stop once - a sign of good traffic. Felt sore but that worked itself out, and I got it done when I woke up so I can get maximal rest for tomorrow. I didn't stretch either - sometimes I feel better just going out and running.
