Notes
I got out in the early afternoon after breakfast and coffee and had a very good long run up in the woods. I went from Silver Lake-Eagle-Dollar-Tyson-Catfish and back once I hit the end of Catfish Lake and tacked on Yellow Birch-Duck-and then back on Silver Lake Road to the A-frame and then tacked on another bit toward town and back to make sure I got 15 on the day. Legs felt great and strong after yesterday and I could have kept going for a while had I wanted more mileage. Very pleased with the day. It was a great day to run in the woods!
