It was thundering all morning and eventually I figured that since I was not seeing any lightning strikes, I would just head out anyway and stay close in case the storm got really ugly. I heard a few rumbles out there, but nothing worse than that. I felt very similar to yesterday and kept the effort pretty relaxed on the rolling hills. I went from Silver Lake-Maple-Yellow-Birch-Duck-Silver Lake-Morey-Otter-Morey-Hemlock-Morey-Silver Lake-Walnut-Eagle-Silver Lake. By the last two miles, it stopped raining and the sun even was trying to come out. The rain actually felt good because it was verey humid out there. I got absolutely soaked on this run, but it was enjoyable.
