I got out after track practice and went pretty easy, but I was a little surprised that I was able to run the kind of paces that I was doing since I was really sore from moving around so much during practice. I was not all that thrilled that I was so sore but it did not seem to mess with my stride too much. I need to take it easy at practice from now on so it does not cutrail the last of my buildup. I've worked way too hard for that to happen.
