I kind of shagged my way through this run and ran the Skinny Nine. It was a little late to go for the workout that I originally wanted to run, but it was fine since I can still have it fit into the schedule for tomorrow. The weather was kind of crappy today anyway and it was a little late, but I was fine with it. By the time I got back, I was a little surprised that I was feeling any good at all. At least I was not as sore as yesterday (that was bad news).
