I got going in the afternoon and made my way through Wedgewood-Honeycreek-76th-Honeycreek-McCarty-Arthur-92nd-Lincoln-Root River-84th-Howard-68th. It was a pretty nice little tour of the parkway after I got past Greenfield Park. Not a bad day for a long run either. I was not feeling all that hot while I was out there, but kept things very easy and did not force anything. Glad to have this one done. Groin was really sore toward the end.
