Notes
Kind of a cruddy run. I went out in the evening again and ran Badger State, but never felt all that good out there. I had the wind in my face for much of the way back, but it was not all that awful. I was pretty happy to have this one finish since I was struggling to find much of a rhythm out there. Hamstring was not all that bad once I got going. It sure is nice to have the cooler weather, though.
