Notes
I came home after track practice not really wanting to run much, but once I got out the door, I was fine. I settled into a nice, easy rhythm once again and tried not to let myself get worried about the pace being a little slow. My legs actually felt just fine, but I am sure that they are going to be sore after doing all those drills with the kids during practice today. I finished the run feeling a little banged up, but otherwise just fine.
