Notes
It got pretty cold overnight, so when I went out, I wore layers to help with staying warm (especially since I was actually a little warm yesterday in the race). I went out onto Chicken Run and felt good considering that I ran 16 miles yesterday and raced. However, I was a little bit sore from the effort, but nothing too bad. I had to run a little late because of the faculty meeting after school and then church after that. I was definitely happy to get this one done.
