Notes
Kind of a weird day today. I rabbited all the races at the Wisco Grade School Invite and had a pretty good time doing it. I ran four miles around the course before getting going and moved around a little bit between the races. The JV boys race was actually kind of fast (9:17) and the Varsity boys race ended up around 8:40. We came through the mile at 5:45 on that one. While hardly being an interval day, it got the legs turning over a bit and it was fun to work with the kids again out there. I was still fighting the cold a bit, but I was doing alright.
