Notes

I met up with Tom, Ben, and Keith for a long run on the Ice Age Trail (or is it Glacial Drumlin?). I went with a little bit of an effort-based estimation as the data from my watch was kind of useless today. The time was pretty accurate, but the distance was all over the place because of all the turns on the trail and the tree cover.

It was a nice day for a run and the trail was a little rough in some spots, but I got in a good long day after the race yesterday and it was good to have the company. When we were on the Holy Hill segment, it was a little better with the footing. The trails are pretty narrow, so we went single file for most of the run. There were some pretty good-sized hills, too, but nothing unreasonable. Calves were a little shot afterward since I was on my toes a lot on the trails, but the rest of my body felt fine for having run for over 2 hours.
