Notes
I headed out for this run not too long after getting back from church. I kept the pace steady, but did not really push it since I just did 14 yesterday. It is going to take a little while to get my body used to the day-to-day pounding from the summer training, but I thought that this run went pretty well. Legs felt a little flat, but I was able to keep it relattively relaxed despite not feeling like I was at my best. Not a bad start to the week.
