Ugh. This was not a fun run at all. I struggled through this one and I could tell around 3 miles in that this would be a gut-it-out kind of run despite the fact that I was not even going all that fast. I headed out for this one after golf practice and stuck to the trail the whole way. I was headed into the wind on the way out and everything with my stride felt hokey. I muscled through it and finished the run feeling like I was about to bonk, which was a little disheartening considering that I was only running for a little over an hour.
