Another 5 today. Post-precision-WO run. Today was closer to normal easy pace than yesterday, and a good bit more hilly. Calves still pretty sore (they were yesterday too - don't think I mentioned that). Makes sense since Monday was quite tough on them (speed + hills + distance + lift + plyos). But for the second half of the run the soreness went away. So seems like this served an active recovery purpose. Will monitor as the week and weeks go on. This week will be tougher than last week but not by too much, and I will hold this level of training steady for 3 weeks. Overall felt good. Hill sprints after.
