8x hill sprints
Impressed with myself for these. Besides a 16.1, in the 15s for all of them. Last few in the low 15s with a 15.1 last rep. Would be cool to break into the 14s! I am treating this as "practice" for running fast and I think my body is learning. I'm sure more endurance will help somewhat too.
