30 minutes easy. Stride rate not too terrible, about 165 for the whole run. Felt somewhat sluggish. I think after this week I'm gonna shift to midday or afternoon runs. After this run I was also finally able to get some strides in.
Oh and almost forgot to mention, my calves were sore from this run too. But it was both calves equally this time, not just one. So not overly concerned about that, if anything that's good news. Oh and lifted today too.
