4 strides. I found an empty-ish, quiet part of the lot to do these in. Turned out it was shorter than I thought it was. The strides were only about 60 meters each. The GPS watch was having a hard time figuring it out but it looks like my cadence was between 172 and 182. I thought they would feel harder since I haven't done strides in a long time but they felt surprisingly easy. The last stride though I felt a tiny tiny ounce of discomfort around where the stress fracture was. Don't think it's anything but definitely taking tomorrow off either way.
