Notes
Went for a little longer of an interval set today. Did 2 x (4 x 50yd) for 8 total reps. First one was really good, like I didn't think I could go that fast good. I have absolutely no other metric besides myself but that is I think 7 seconds faster than my previous best.
That didn't last, although my next few were all still pretty quick and I didn't fall off too much at all. Second set started out good but I really started to fade as I did those last couple. Good workout and will probably do it again. After this swim I also lifted. I lifted Sunday too so back into the every other day streak.
