Notes
Tried to do a longer workout today. 2 out and backs per rep, at a hard effort but not as full-on as the 100yds were. First one was pretty good, second not bad, 3rd I was feeling tired. Fourth one when I turned around for the last back I got a ton of water up my nose that I choked on. That completely cut my momentum and I stopped until I could breathe again. Didn't see any point in finishing hard so I just started my cooldown there.
Oh and I can't remember the amount of time I gave myself for rest - the rests seem long but I don't remember what else it could have been. Close enough.
