Notes

Performance WO #7 - Performance Prep

Pretty tired from yesterday, but made it through today. I backed off on squat by 10 lbs given my state. Also skipped push-ups, since I'll be doing them tomorrow anyways. Rest of lift decent. It does feel good to know I persevered when I really didn't feel like doing this. Hoping this will make me more energized for my ride later.
