Nice long run this morning. Got some good hills in between Marsh Hill, Cross, Jones, and some rollers in between. Felt a bit tired / slow but never got fatigued. Just kept things within the easy effort level. Really happy to get a long run in after missing the previous two weeks. This week is looking a lot more like my training should be.
