Easy 7 to round out the week. Like yesterday I felt a little slow / tired but just kept it easy. Some hill sprints after.
50 miles this week!! Finally, again. I was originally thinking next week I would bump it up, but I think I should keep it at 50 one more week as I get fully caught up. I still have not had a single minute of free time in at least a month. I need to give myself more bandwidth and more recovery before I take on more training load and time. I know 50 is sustainable so stay there for right now.
