6x hill sprints + short run back to Pressed

Found the perfect hill for hill sprints! In the Tara Heights complex. Thick grass with no acorns!! So I could do these barefoot. Hill was moderate, not very steep but more than "gradual". Great biomechanics training I'm sure.
