It's been two weeks since Krispy Kreme, and nearly 4 weeks since I originally felt the soreness in my peroneals, so I figured now would be a good time to try running. Well, still felt it. Almost immediately. Don't think it was quite as bad as it was, but definitely not worth it to attempt a run. It is very frustrating that even 4 weeks was not enough time. Think I will give it another 2 weeks, and see if there is more I can be doing for my peroneals.
