I am still way way behind on the week between meal prep and just getting my sleep schedule back and feeling recovered. But I knew I needed to do something today and got out for a minimum length run. Felt good and I'm glad I was able to get out, as late as it was. Shows how behind I am. One step closer to normalcy.
