Notes

Frustrating day today just trying to catch up. Definitely, definitely still recovering from the weekend. It was fun but just way too much. And the week leading up to it, was every single day 5am to 8pm hustling days. So just no rest. I made myself a little bit of downtime today to try to relax and recover. Sacrificed running and doing anything else for it. But needed. Gonna try to catch up as fast as I can to salvage the week best I can.

I won't be doing any weekend-long events from here on out for awhile. I'm thinking after Krispy Kreme and until at least through April, no more than 4 hours of social commitments per week. I hate hate hate sacrificing my running goals for things that other people want to do. I need to strike a balance where running comes first and I fit everything else into the constraints that imposes. I cannot expect to achieve my goals if I do not give them first priority.
