Notes

Pull- and push-ups

Went well. Focused on slow lower for pull-ups at (max - 1) reps. For push-ups, I stopped earlier than max at what I felt like was a lot of reps. I think next time I can go +5 reps for each set. Glad to get this in mid-week. Helps to be working from home. Although I bet if I was in the MA office I'd do this too.
