Easy run with Colin and Jake. Colin took us through various park paths to the bike path, leading into the unpaved portion of the bike path between 102 and 28. I had never done it before. Was pretty cool. It was somewhat nice it was this cold because the otherwise puddle-riddled and muddy dirt path became a hardened dirt path with some ice patches. A little slower on those sections of course but still a very solid feeling run. Good duration too. I really need to make a plan for my running, I am just picking these distances at random.
