Decided to do more of a "swim workout" today. I remember doing these sorts of things aqua-jogging and that it's better to do more interval-type stuff in the water. That and swimming sucks ass so doing intervals instead of straight swimming makes it more bearable. I don't really know what I'm doing so I just figured I'll do out and backs with some nominal rest until I'm pretty tired. Did 5 out and backs at a hard effort with the remainder of 2 minutes being my rest (so a 1:30 interval = a 0:30 rest). It got hard pretty quickly and I ended up just doing 5. Probably could have done another set or something but I was feeling sick again so I didn't bother. Just did a shorter cooldown and called it a day.
