Notes

Swam on and off for 20 minutes. I started to not feel so great after about 10 minutes and my leg started hurting a tad towards the end. Decided to stop after I started noticing the leg. I also felt kinda sick and nauseous after getting out. Idk what it was, probably the pool or the air or something. Kinda concerned about how this whole swimming thing will go for the next few weeks. But as I was leaving I was talking to someone else there and they suggested I use something to keep my legs afloat, so I wouldn't have to use them and just use my upper body. That's a pretty good idea so I will try that tomorrow.
