Cold and everyone knows it windy. Monon was newly plowed. Wasn't expecting to run any speed but ran a 6:13 mile and then some 1/2 mile pickups...nothing too difficult. Left hamstring bothered me after 4 miles...probably from feet slipping on snow for last week. Guy outside monon center said "rock on dude" to me.
